Sellers should focus on the QUALITY of the agent, rather than the QUANTITY of homes, that agent or their company, have publicized as being sold.
You should LIST your home with me, for the following ADVANTAGES:
1. I have sold more homes, with my non-franchised company, in a shorter time span, then when, for three years, I was with a LARGE, well-known, franchised, real estate company.

As a non-franchised company, I am not bound by corporate restrictions that the larger franchised names might have on their agents or have when advertising your property.
2 A. I use the same exact Multiple Listing Service (MLS) computer system, as every franchised realtor uses, to reach agents and buyers, all over the world, in order to efficiently sell your property.

Don’t list your home with family or friends who are realty agents because when something goes wrong, you will blame them and ruin your relationship with them.

11. Thinking of “playing” realtor (For Sale By Owner--F.S.B.O.)? The market will change during the time you are trying to sell it, lose thousands of dollars and hours of time. I understand you see others doing it and feel you would save money. 99.9 percent of FSBO’S end up listing with a realtor (If you don’t believe me, look at any FSBO, anywhere, and in a few days/months, you will then notice a real estate company sign go up). If most people could sell it themselves, there wouldn’t be a need for realtors. You rarely, get more than, or equal to, what I would have gotten you, regardless of the commission you would have paid to me. I save you time and those thousands of dollars in advertising that you would have spent first, that could have gone towards that realtor‘s commission. Don’t get caught up in the excitement of being able to easily imitate some of the things, a realtor can do like putting up signs, ads, and open houses because you and I, both know, there’s no substitute for experience !
